Thanks to Arizona Anonymous for pointing out just another example of the rage of the Left. Napolitano comes under angry criticism for being too smart to throw in her lot with the anti-war segment of the Democrat party in a (still) Republican state.
The comment section gets crazy at times, but the worst part of the blog entry is the deliberate use of the word "waste" by the author in referring to the continuing sacrifice of our soldiers in Iraq. When Barack Obama used that term, he had the dignity at least to apologize, and call it "a slip of the tongue." But since the Left really does believe that the soldiers who gave their lives in Iraq "wasted" them, I don't think any apology will be forthcoming from the Blog for Arizona author (especially since he doesn't have to run for office anytime soon).
That's one large drawback to the blogosphere. You can say whatever you want, no matter how inflammatory (and this is a mild example) and get away with it.
